Equipping Teachers Through Staff Development

I have endeavored to equip myself, as a leader, with the best skills and most professional knowledge, the aim of instilling such learning to my staff, through staff Development. 

Professional development, for Teachers, is important to consistently maintain. It is one of the most important tasks of an academic leader. It is one of the best ways to ensure that  teachers improve their skills and, in turn, improve their students' outcomes. 

When teachers are continuously learning, through opportunities for professional development, they will always be better equipped and more motivated to become good teachers — especially when they see improvements in their students' scores and behavior. 

All staff members must participate in this important part of being an educator, and it must always begin with me, the leader.
