Throughout my career, in academic leadership, I have successfully and effectively employed Communication skills to distribute and accept numerous forms of vital information. 

I have employed communication skills to motivate, to express ideas and feelings and to lay out plans for new programs and changes in a clear and understandable manner. 

I also know the importance of Communication through listening to the others and observing the actions of others, at every level.
